Clear language, thoughtful reminders, and no judgment about how a week went.
Our story
Built by someone
who’s been there.
ShotNest wasn’t created in a boardroom. It started during my own journey with Zepbound.
Why I built it
The shot wasn’t
the hard part.
Like many people, I thought the challenge would be giving myself a weekly injection. It wasn’t. The real challenge was everything around it.
I was constantly wondering how much medication I had left, where I had injected the week before so I could rotate sites, and whether I would run out before my next refill. I often bought extra “just in case.” Compounded medication added another layer. Keeping vial labels, concentration details, and remaining supply organized was confusing and too important to get wrong.
My goal wasn’t only losing weight. I wanted to improve my health enough to safely reduce the medications I depended on. As my health improved, I celebrated both pounds lost and medications I no longer needed. I became convinced there had to be a safer, simpler way to keep the whole routine together. So I built ShotNest.
Your routine makes more sense when shots, supply, progress, and learning share one home.

Founder & Product Builder
I built ShotNest from the questions I kept asking during my own GLP-1 journey: what do I have left, where did I inject last time, and what happened between shots?
My background is in product strategy, experience design, and engineering. That lets me build the details around those everyday questions, from how a reminder is worded to how private records are handled. My experience informs the product; it is not a medical qualification, and ShotNest does not replace your care team.

Pollito became our little bird mascot during a cuento time conversation with two close friends. A little bird finding its way home felt like the right symbol for what I wanted ShotNest to be: a safe place where your health journey can grow, one small step at a time.
Useful, sourced, and careful about the line.
ShotNest’s guides explain product features and practical tracking concepts; they do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or dosing advice. We distinguish planning estimates from medication instructions and point readers back to licensed clinicians, pharmacists, prescriptions, and official labels.
Health and privacy claims are grounded in primary sources such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and Apple’s HealthKit documentation. Every guide shows its last-reviewed date and links to its sources.
